Standard ring sizing takes 1–3 business days. Rush service is available for same-day turnaround on simple bands. Eternity bands and rings with intricate stone settings may take 3–5 days.
Do you provide insurance appraisals?
Yes! We provide GIA-certified insurance appraisals with detailed documentation and digital photography. This is included with all stone-setting work and available as a standalone service.
Can you repair costume jewelry?
We primarily work with precious metals (gold, platinum, silver). For costume jewelry, we offer cleaning and simple repairs. Contact us for an assessment — we'll be honest about what's possible.
Is my jewelry insured while in your care?
Absolutely. Every piece is fully insured from the moment it enters our studio until you pick it up. We also maintain secure, monitored storage for all client pieces.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — we provide complimentary in-person estimates for all repair and restoration work. Just bring your piece in during business hours. We typically provide estimates within 15 minutes.
